President / Executive Office Manager

International business services consulting organization seeks to continue expansion in US market through entry into key US market centers.

Global firm seeks experienced C-level managers to participate in opening and managing executive recruiting offices.  Company seeks to replicate its proven business model in selected US metros.  

Executive branch manager will share in site selection and planning.  He will have responsibility for hiring and managing suitable staff (5 recruiters plus clerical support) and taking office from start-up to profitable operation.

Company will provide 3 weeks of training, startup financing, and on-going field support to assure success of branch.

The preferred candidate will possess the following traits:

§  Significant P&L responsibility in Fortune 1000 companies or category leaders.

§  Ability to manage P&L in self-directed manner (as in a branch office).

§  Ability to effectively supervise highly-compensated professional staff.

§  Availability for full-time permanent position within the next 90 days.

§  Available for 3-weeks of company-sponsored training in Chicago, IL during the next 90 days.

§  Financial stability and credit-worthiness commensurate with required company investment.
