We offer the full-time position of a Client Care (Sales & Marketing) Manager in our offices in Santa Monica, California. As a Client Care Manager you are in charge of sales, marketing and advertising. You implement and monitor current strategies and campaigns, and develop new ones. You are responsible for procuring the projects for the company.

Suited candidates must have an excellent general education (Bachelor's or Master's degree), an international background, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and extensive experience in sales and marketing, and outstanding written and oral language skills in English. Proficiency in one or more major foreign languages is an additional Plus.
The right person will possess both, the ability to follow instructions (from the General Manager), and to work independently. S/he will be extremely versatile and, after several months of training and familiarization, willing and able to step into any department and take on any task at any time, such as office management, project management and possibly linguistic projects (translations, editing and proofreading).
At a certain point, after having proven capable and successful, the Client Care Manager may be promoted to be the General Manager of the company.
