Personal Assistant Needed Urgently

We are in search  for someone to start on a part time basis with the possibility of transitioning to full time, an honest individual who is dedicated in his/her work to yield utmost result, good organization skills with fluent English and can be dependable when giving a task to carry out. Humble hardworking and disciplined.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with general correspondence, emails, and memoranda.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, manage calendars and schedules on a daily basis.
• Ability to multitask
• Arrange/reserve and coordinate travel including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Ability to work independently
• Handle special projects and additional administrative duties as needed.
• Perform information management tasks including management or paper and electronic files and documentation.
• Perform a variety of additional recurring or one-off tasks including but not limited to facilities management, basic purchasing, arranging catering for meetings, assist and gather marketing materials for trade show events.
